We are developing an overall ensemble that will set standards for Leonberg as regards urban development and offer future residents a modern, new home. The architectural language of PANDION LEON results from a combination of brick tiles and façade panels in a wooden look for the individual houses, creating a warm and natural atmosphere from a haptic and visual point of view. PANDION LEON merges with its surroundings and at the same time impresses with its own individual presence.

THE APPEAL OF SPACE AND SUSTAINABILITY STARTS HERE

Hascher Jehle architects from Berlin have their roots in Baden-Württemberg and, together with PANDION, won an urban development competition with their plans for PANDION LEON. The concept echoes the upward slope of the site through terraces and uses these to offer broad vistas of the opening landscaped area.

When planning the entrance areas to PANDION LEON, structures from the natural surroundings have been reflected in foyers’ wallpapers. The wood in the façade is also part of the interior design in the form of a door-high panel. Apart from the natural lighting, linear light runs and ceiling luminaires mounted on mirrors create a very particular lighting mood.
